Just follow these easy steps

Organising Your Fundraiser
Download the Fundraiser order form from this website.
Decide what products you want to promote and when.
Contact Us to confirm your dates before proceeding any further and if you want a tailor-made Fundraier.
Print off the required number of forms for your order collectors.
If required you can print on the reverse of your order form the page of Fundraising Products
Promote your fundraiser to your client base.

Please remember to allow at least one week between us receiving your collated order and our delivery to you.

Collecting Orders & Collation
Hand out your order forms to those collecting orders
Send your order collectors out to do their job

Remember total the money across the page and total the quantity down the page.
Collect all orders in before the due date and collate on the excel collation spreadsheet provided by our office when we confirm your delivery date.
Collect and bank all the monies owed to your organization.
N.B. Please have all cheques made out to your organisation and bank in your account.
Email the completed collation form to Montana Bakery by the due date.
You should now have your profit in the bank

We Will Despatch Your Order
We produce and package your order and send it by refrigerated freight to you on the pre-arranged delivery date.

You Then
Check that the quantities of product sent match the packing slip and then this matches your collated order, any discrepancies must be referred to us before you distribute the product. It is very important to do this double check to ensure all the goods have arrived safely and not got lost in transit.
Once you have checked the quantities are correct you can pack the individual orders which have been retained by you.

Payment
Is due within seven days of the delivery date and to make it easy for you it can be direct credited to our Bank Account which is 03 1702 0085015 00 please use our invoice number as your reference number.
